| 摘 要： | 提出了一种研究非相互独立运输投资项目决策的研究方法,首先对运输项目之间的互相独立、相互补充、相互替代和相互代作用性质进行了分类研究,然后研究了项目之间的相互影响程度及目标值确定,利用有序组合树方法建立了方案值,用群体决策方法确定项目目标值的权重,最后运用模糊数学理论研究了项目优选的模糊数学方法。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a method for the
solving of the non-independent investment decision-making problem. The relation and the
influencing degree between the non-independent investment projects and the objective
values are studied at the beginning of the paper. A fuzzy optimal selection approach is
applied for the decision-making. |
