| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background of the generation of able seafarers deck and engine, analyzes the current situation and development trend of able seafarers deck and engine in China. This paper also describes the influence of the changes of manning requirement on able seafarer deck and engine of some flag States on Chinese seafarer agencies, and puts forwards some countermeasures. |
