| 摘 要： | 结合SOLAS公约对电子海图的要求,对电子海图显示与信息系统进行确切定义,分析了目前船舶配备的各类电子海图系统的不同地位,提出我国海事部门、水道测量部门、航运企业、培训机构应对电子海图配备及早采取措施。
