模糊控制技术在换热器控制系统中的应用

摘    要:文章分析了换热器的控制形式,并将模糊控制技术引入到换热器进出口水温的控制。根据基本模糊控制器的结构、原理,设计了模糊控制器的主要环节,基于MATLAB下对模糊控制和PID控制进行了模拟对比,结果表明,模糊控制动、静态性能,控制规则简便,适应性强,能更有效快捷的控制换热器进出口水温。

Abstract:The control style of the heat exchanger was illuminated in this paper,and the Fuzzy control technology was introduced to the inlet water temperature controller of the heat exchanger.Based on the theory pf the Fuzzy control,the fuzzy controller was designed in this paper.The comparison of Fuzzy control and PID control was made by the MATALB simulation.The result is,the Fuzzy control was prior to the PID control in the inlet water temperature control of the heat exchanger.
