京沪高速铁路调节器尖轨刨切曲线线型研究

摘    要:根据高速铁路调节器的结构特点和使用要求,提出尖轨轨头非工作边刨切曲线的选择原则。建议尖轨轨头非工作边的刨切曲线采用缓和曲线和圆曲线的组合线型,在尖轨理论尖端至圆曲线之间,为一曲率渐变的缓和曲线,在尖轨尖端附近矢度变化较慢,而在距尖轨一定范围时,矢度变化较快。推导出组合曲线的计算公式。该组合曲线尖轨理论尖端位置的曲线半径为1000 m,尖轨实际尖端位置的曲线半径为538.2497 m,圆曲线区段的曲线半径为365.9 m,尖轨实际刨切长度为6.8 m。采用所选线型时,若尖轨向前或向后纵向移动20 mm,尖轨实际尖端位置轨距减小或增加0.06 mm,尖轨刨切起点位置轨距减小或增加0.78 mm。选用的线型具有各点曲率连续变化、尖轨尖端附近曲线变化较缓、轨头宽度大于50 mm以后位置的轨头宽度增大较快等特点,能满足高速铁路调节器的使用要求。

Abstract:Based on the structure characteristics and application requirement of expansion rail joint used on high-speed railway,the fundamental for choosing the planing linetype of switch rail is developed.It is suggested that the combined linetype of transition curve and circle curve should be adopted for the planing linetype of switch rail.The transition curve with gradual change curvature is between the theoretical switch point and the circle curve.The camber near the switch point changes rather slowly,while it changes rapidly at certain distance sange from switch rail.The formula calculating the combined curve is deduced.The radius of the combined curve is 1 000 m on the theoretical switch point and 538.2497 m on the actual switch point,the radius of the circle curve is 365.9 m,the actual planing length of switch rail is 6.8 m.By using this combined curve,the widening or decrease of the track gauge is 0.06 mm on the actual switch point,0.78 mm on the planing start point if the longitudinal displacement of the switch rail is 20 mm.The selected linetype possesses such characteristics as gradual change curvature of each point,slow curve change near switch point,rapid widening of the switch rail head after the width over 50 mm,etc.It can meet the application requirements for expansion rail joint used on high-speed railway.
