摘    要:为了有效评价船舶装备研制单位的可靠性、维修性、保障性(RMs)工程能力,以三角模糊数为理论基础,提出了基于贴近度的RMS工程能力评价方法。首先在分析船舶装备研制单位RMS工作特点的基础上,建立了RMS工程能力评价指标体系。其次通过模糊层次分析法建立RMS工程能力评价指标模糊判断矩阵,应用Yager第三指标原理,对三角模糊数精确化,得出指标权重。然后利用贴近度为测度去评价各评价对象指标性能与理想对象指标性能的贴近程度,得到各评价对象优劣次序。最后结合具体案例验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to evaluate reliability,maintainability, and supportability (RMS) engineering capability of developing and researching equipment enterprise, on the premise of using triangular fuzzy numbers, RMS engineering capability evaluation method based on proximity is proposed. Firstly, on the basis of analysis for RMS work characteristics of enterprise developing and researching equipment, RMS engineering capability evaluation index system is established. Secondly, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish RMS engineering capability e- valuation index fuzzy judgment matrix and triangular fuzzy number is converted into non-fuzzy number to calculate index weight with the ap- plication of the third index of Yager. Then proximity is used to measure approach degree between each scheme index series and the ideal scheme index series to get the optimal scheme. Finally, the application of a case is given to verify the method effectively.
