| Abstract: | To get the exact temperature of the sea surface is very important to evaluate the heat flux between air and sea. In this paper, a review on the cool-skin models gives the detail theory about the cool-skin mechanism, according to the mechanism, simulating four normal model about the cool-skin and analysis the difference between them, get the fluctuation range of the cool-skin temperature. |
