因子分析在供应链竞争力评价中的应用

加快供应链的发展，提高供应链管理的能力，是我国企业进入21世纪以来重要的努力方向。然而原来的供应链竞争力评价体系不适应当今供应链管理下的供应链竞争力评价，基于此本文构建了企业供应链竞争力评价指标体系，并运用因子分析方法，进行因素分析和综合评价，结合实证研究证明该方法的有效性。鉴于此方法的有效性，提出了该方法在军事供应链的应用前景。

Evaluation of the Supply Chain Competitiveness on Factor Analysis

It is an important direction of China＇s enterprises in the 21st century to speed up the development of the supply chain and improve ca- pabilities of supply chain management. However, the original supply chain competitiveness evaluation system is not suited to the evaluation of the pres- ent supply chain competitiveness, so this paper establishes the evaluation index system of supply chain competitiveness, with the method of factor analy- sis, accomplishing the factor analysis and synthetic evaluation, the method proves to be effective with empirical study.
