半无限平面压电双材料中导电界面边裂纹与螺位错的相互作用

摘    要:研究了半无限大压电双材料中导电界面边裂纹与螺位错之间的相互作用问题。首先利用无限大压电双材料的位错解和扰动的概念,推导了具有导电边界半无限大压电双材料的位错解,然后使用保角变换方法,得到了含有限长导电界面边裂纹半无限大压电双材料的位错解。基于所得到的解,给出了应力强度因子和作用在位错上的像力的显函表达式,并通过数值算例分析了相互作用机理。

Abstract:The nteraction of a screw dislocation with a conducting interfacial edge crack is considered in a semi-infinite piezoelectric bi-material.First of all,the dislocation solution of an infinite piezoelectric bi-material and perturbed concept are used to derive the dislocation solution of a semi-infinite bi-material.Then the dislocation solution of a semi-infinite bi-material with an edge crack is obtained by the conformal mapping method.The stress intensity factor and the image force acting on a dislocation are given in an explicit form.The numerical results for the stress intensity factor and the image force are provided to show the influences of material properties and dislocation position on the interaction.
