摘    要:面向内河航道维护船队,研究了远程监测与管理系统。提出了远程监测中心站系统通常具有的功能要求,以及实现这些功能所需的关键技术。介绍了总体架构设计和运行模式。结合运行实例,展示了中心站系统的设计、功能和运行界面。

Abstract:This paper presents a remote monitoring and technical management system for inland waterway tender fleet.It proposes the functional requirements for a fleet remote monitoring and technical management center system,and describes the key technologies needed to meet these requirements.Furthermore,the paper describes the overall architecture,and central system design.Finally,the design,functions and user interfaces of the central site system are demonstrated by an example.
