摘    要:
交通需求与土地利用关系的协调是处理好城市交通体系与空间形态相互关系的重要前提,也是近年来城市研究中的热点内容之一。其中,模型研究又是该领域中的活跃分支。分别从相关模型研究的侧重、模型的研究基础、模型的研究范围和模型建立的理论基础等方面进行概述,认为近年来,随着交叉学科发展与新技术的应用,模型研究向综合化发展,人文主义得到重视,但多数综合模型实证性强,理论性与可移植性尚待加强。

Abstract:
The study on the relationship between traffic demand and land use is one of the important factors cooperating transportation system with urban form, and is becoming one of the hot topics in urban study field in recent years. Study on models has been one of the active topics in this field. Some literature reviews on the study of the related models are carried out in this paper, including four aspects, such as the emphases, the basic, the research area, and the basic theories of the models, etc.. Some conclusions are also brought out. Firstly, with the development of the intersecting theories, and the using of high new technology, the trend of the research on models is synthetical, and humanism is regarded. Secondly, most of the models are set up and put into use in some special cities, so they are mostly based on positivism, and are difficult to put in use in some other cities.
