Set out from the foundation theories of the traffic impact analysis, the present paper discusses the basic contents and technique process of traffic impact analysis, and carries on the substantial evidence examination and application,based on the practical of Guanglian mansion in Chengdu.The According to our study, the traffic impact analysis can cause the transportation plan and the city land utilization close union, cause the urban construction healthy development and establish the transportation environment that can guarantee the national economy sustainable development,so traffic impact analysis has an important function in ensuring the balanced development between the project and traffic.
