摘    要:本文以Audi100轿车总成液压悬罩为例,建立了惯性通道-解耦膜式液压悬的非线;力的非线性力学模型和数学模型,对其原点动特性和跨点动特性进行仿真计算,经与试验结果相比较,二者吻合良好。

Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Hydraulic Engine Mount with Inertia Track and Uncoupling Membrane
Abstract:A non-linear analytical model of the hydraulic engine mount with inertia track and uncoupling membrane used in car Audi-100 is set up. The original-point and cross-point dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic mount are calculated, and the numerically simulational results agree well with the experimental ones. The influence of parameters on the dynamic characteristies of the mount is analysed and the choice of mount design parameters for optimal vibration isolation performance is discussed.
