| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了广东省船载HNS概况以及HNS泄漏事故可能引起的危害。通过研究美国、加拿大等发达国家的船载HNS应急机制,介绍广东省当前船载HNS应急机制的现状,指出其存在的不足之处,并根据实际情况提出了进一步完善广东省HNS应急机制的可行、有效措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status quo of the HNS carried by ships in Guangdong Province and the possible hazards caused by HNS leakage.Through studying the emergency response systems of the developed countries such as America and Canada and introducing the emergency response system for the Guangdong Province,this paper points out the weak points of the present HNS emergency response system of Guangdong Province and,at the same time,provides some suggestions on the practical and effective measures to improve the system. |
