| 摘 要： | 为了确定高校的贷款控制额度,评价高校贷款风险,财政部、教育部联合开发了相关数学模型.该模型运用货币资金时间价值理论,假设高校可用于偿还贷款本息的非限定性净收入呈稳定增长的态势.这种假设与高校的实际发展情况并不一致.为了使模型更加符合实际,提出了利用回归分析方法预测未来非限定性净收入的方法,阐述了该方法的优点和具体的测算步骤,并进行了举例说明.
