我校退休职工营养状况调查

对我校３５ 名退休职工的营养状况进行了调查。结果显示，退休职工的膳食结构基本合理，但热能摄入较高，达我国ＲＤＡ 的１１０３％ ，其中脂肪占总热能的３４３％ ，高于ＲＤＡ ２０％ ～２５％ 的高限值；超重者占５３１％ ；维生素Ａ和Ｂ２ 摄入量较低，分别占ＲＤＡ 的４０％ 和８３３％ ，体内维生素缺乏率分别为３１％ 和１２１％ ，提示今后对膳食作适当调整，以满足ＲＤＡ 要求

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE NUTRITIONAL STATUS IN RETIRED STAFFS OF XI'AN MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

The nutritional status was investigated in 35 cases retired staffs of Xian Medical University of (XMU).The results showed that their dietary pattern was basically rational.However, the energy intake per man per day accounted for 110 3% recommended dietary allowance of (RDA) and fat intake accounted for 34.3% of total energy ,that was higher than RDA's 20%~25% of total energy.And 53.10% of them was overweight .Vitamine A intake accounted only for 40% of RDA.the time of dark adaptation test showed that vitamine A deficiency rate was 31%.An urine examination showed that vitamine B 2 defficiency rate was 12.1%.So we suggest to reduce energy and fat intaking to suit with RDA and pay attention to choose the food that rich in vitamine A and B 2 such as animal liver and greenery vegetable to satisfy the need of adequate diet.
