长平台牵索挂篮的总体设计与应用

摘    要:挂篮是悬浇混凝土结构常用的施工设备,丹阳市北二环大桥抢修工程其主梁为分离式悬浇箱梁结构,在同类型桥梁结构中,桥面宽度和一次浇筑的混凝土量均较大。为解决箱梁悬浇的问题,经比较决定采用长平台牵索挂篮进行施工。介绍了该工程挂篮的选型及长平台牵索挂篮的设计要点,包括挂篮的平面布置,结构受力分析及结构设计,同时结合工程实际介绍了长平台牵索挂篮的施工工艺流程及施工注意事项。施工监控结果显示,主梁线形及应力均满足设计要求,节段工期从15 d缩短到10 d。

Abstract:Hanging basket is commonly used construction equipment in concrete structures.The North Second Ring Bridge Repair Project in Danyang,whose main beam is split cantilever box beam.The bridge has a higher deck width and one time casting concrete quantity in the same type of bridge structures.In order to resolve the box beam cantilever casting issue,guyed traveling carriage with long platform technology is adopted in this project.This paper describes the selection of the hanging baskets and design points of guyed traveling carriage with long platform,including the layout of baskets,structural stress analysis and structural design.In the mean time,the construction technological process and considerations of guyed traveling carriage with long platform technology is introduced combined with actual situation in this project.Construction monitoring results show that the linear of main beam and the stress are both meet the design requirements,the days for construction were reduced from 15 days to 10 days.
