| 摘 要： | 利血平能降低豚鼠左心房肌的收缩力,显著抑制肾上腺素诱发自律性的作用;并能延长FRP,而对兴奋性则无影响。此外对豚鼠右房自发频率也有明显抑制作用,使异丙肾上腺素正性频率作用的剂量—效应曲线非平行性右移,并使最大频率反应显著降低;还能显著地对抗CaCl_2的正性频率作用。结果提示利血平对豚鼠心房肌的作用可能与拮抗Ca~(2+)有关。

| Abstract: | Effects of reserpine on the physiologic properties of myocardium were studied in the auricle of quinea pig. Reserpine (10 μM) decreased the contractive force of the left auricle to 57 ±15% (P<0.01) and the frequency of the right auricle from 147±10 beats per minute to 120 ±20 beats per minute (P<0.01). It also decreased the epinephrine-induced automaticity and prolonged the functional refractory period from 183±14ms to 206±7 ms, while It did not change the duration-intensity curve (P>0.05) in the left auricle of guinea pig, Reserpine shifted the dose-response curve of epinephrine positive frequency non-parallelly to the right with decrease of its maximum effect. It also possessed antagonistic effect for calcium positive frequency response. The results obtained indicate that reserpine might possesse calcium antagonistic effect. |
