The traffic organization of the exist ramp of the elevated expressway with the linking-up section of the ground intersection is the most important to the urban traffic system. Combined with the elevated expressways in the central area of Shanghai, the article analyzes the traffic organization scheme of the linking-up sections at the exist ramps of the elevated expressways, which can be referred for the similar projects ahead.
