摘    要:针对多个应急资源点对单一目标点的资源优化调配问题,构建高速公路突发交通事件应急资源调配综合评价模型。通过引入熵权法确定评价指标的权重,采用理想点法综合评价多个应急资源点的优先出救顺序,并将综合评价模型运用到实例研究。研究结果表明综合评价模型简单、直观,可为应急资源调配问题提供一种新的研究方法,有利于运输业更好地应对突发交通事件应急资源调配问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of resource optimization and allocation of multiple emergency resource points to a single target point,a comprehensive evaluation model for emergency resource allocation of expressway sudden traffic events was constructed.The weight of evaluation index was determined by introducing the entropy weight method,and TOPSIS(Technique Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)was used to evaluate the problem.The priority order of emergency resources points was used,and the comprehensive evaluation model was applied to case studies.The research result shows that the comprehensive evaluation model is simple and intuitive,and can provide a new research method for emergency resource allocation problem,which will help the transportation industry to better cope with the emergency resource allocation problem of sudden traffic events.
