大学城路网规划方法研究

摘    要:以美国坎布里奇大学城、美国曼哈顿大学城、英国剑桥郡大学城、英国牛津大学城、德国慕尼黑大学城、日本东京大学城、广州大学城7个国内外典型大学城为例,从案例大学城路网结构、街区尺度、街道设计三个方面出发,分析道路等级和功能,计算路网密度和道路间距。总结国际大学城的经验值,提出大学城路网规划的路网模式设计和道路管理策略。以北京沙河高教园为实例,针对规划路网确定提升改造方案。对比改造前后园区的路网变化,结论证实大学城路网采用合理规划方法的必要性。

Abstract:Seven typical universities are used as examples:Cambridge university and Manhattan university town in the United States,Cambridge university town,Oxford University town,Munich University in Germany,Tokyo university in Japan,Guangzhou university town.From the road network structure,the neighborhood scale and the street design,this paper analyses the road grade and function,calculate density of road network and distance between road.The experience of international university town road network is summarized.The road network model design and road management strategy for the road network planning of university city are put forward.Then taking Beijing Shahe higher education park as an example,this paper determines the upgrading and reconstruction scheme for the planned road network and compares the changes of road network structure.The conclusion proves that it is necessary to adopt reasonable planning method for university town road network.
