摘    要:文章针对某散货船发电柴油机曲轴异常磨损问题,对曲轴修理工艺进行相关研究。首先介绍发电柴油机组的结构组成和曲轴存在的问题;接着分析曲轴磨损异常的原因并制定相应修理方案;然后组装发电柴油机并开机磨合,对检查存在的热态臂距差异常情况进行研究并制定调整方案;最后,继续磨合并进行负荷试验,测量热态臂距验证调整效果。研究结果表明,曲柄销轴就地磨削修理方案可行,靠近飞轮的NO.1缸曲柄臂距调整方法有效,可供同行修理中小型发电柴油机曲轴时参考借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper,the crankshaft repair technology of a bulk carrier diesel engine is studied for abnormal wear.Firstly,the structure composition of the generator diesel engine group and the problems existing in the crankshaft are introduced,then the causes of the abnormal wear of the crankshaft are analyzed and the corresponding repair scheme is worked out.Finally,continue to run-in and load test to measure the thermal arm distance to verify the adjustment effect.According to the results,the method of adjusting the arm distance of NO.1 cylinder crank near the flywheel is feasible,which can be used for reference when repairing the crankshaft of medium and small power generation diesel engine.
