高等级公路沥青混凝土路面施工技术

南宁至友谊关公路是广西第一条采用热拌沥青混凝土路面施工的高等级公路， C12合同段全长13km，采用两台摊铺机成梯队摊铺。通过现场施工实践，总结了沥青混合料的摊铺与压实工艺、机械组合方式、碾压遍数、碾压速度等施工技术，成功运用高温压实的施工方法，在进度与质量协调统一的情况下圆满完成了施工任务。

Asphalt Concrete Pavement Construction Technology for Highway Works

Nanning -Youyiguan highway is the first highway in Guangxi for which hot mixed asphalt concrete pavement has been used. Two pavers are used by echelon for the pavement construction of C12 contract section, which is 13km long. On basis of the construction practice in the job site, the paper summarizes the asphalt mixture paving and compacting technology, the machinery combination manner. number of compaction rounds and compaction speed. High-temperature compaction method has been successfully used in the project, by which the construction of the works has been completed successfully with a good coordination between the construction progress and construction quality.
