| 摘 要： | 二月的京津大地，冰未融，雪未化，从渤海上吹来的寒风仍强劲凛冽。可我们在中铁十七局集团北京至天津城际铁路建设工地却看到了幅热火朝天的施工景象工地上，井架林立．彩旗飘扬，机声隆隆，运送混凝土的大型罐车和拉钢筋、水泥、砂石等材料的载重汽车来回穿梭，大功率推土机，挖掘机在作业，预制场上职工们在绑扎钢筋笼……

An Early Spring of BeiJing and TianJin City |

| Abstract: | February 2006, the intercity raflway between Beijing and Tianjin which is undertaken by China Railway 17th Bureau Group Co. Ltd., is under intense construction. On the building site, we met Lfang Yi, the deputy general manager of China Railway 17th Bureau Group Co. Ltd. and the project manager of the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway, and Zhang Fengming, the secretary of the Party committee. As they introduced, the total length of the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway is 115 km in length, and it is the first railway passenger transport specfal line of China with an over 300km/h operational speed as well as one of the auxiliary projects for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. This project adopts the ballastless track technology, and has the characters of high standards, new technologies and strict construction. |
