| 摘 要： | 介绍了X射线数字成像系统的原理和技术特点,分析了影响图像质量各因素的关系,根据影响关系选择风缸成像参数,并进行大量工艺试验和图像采集,由此优选出机车主风缸焊缝数字成像检测的最佳工艺组合。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the theory of digital X-ray radioscopy is presented,together with its technologic characteristics.Relations of the factors,which affect the image quality,are analyzed.According to the relations,the technologic parameters of X-ray radioscopy for welds on air reservoir of the locomotive are selected,then interrelated experiments are carried out and the images are collected.Based on the experiments and images,the optimal technologic compounding for locomotive main air reservoir is gained. |
