我国“数字航标”的建设

随着科学技术的不断进步,现代化管理已进入＂信息化、数字化＂的新时代,航标的信息化和数字化是未来国际航标技术的主要发展方向。文中从介绍＂数字航标＂的内涵入手,对我国＂数字航标＂的发展状况进行了描述,并结合部海事局航标发展目标,提出了＂数字航标＂建设发展方式和建设发展过程中应注意的问题及相应对策。

Construction and Development of "Digital A-to-N" in China

With the continuous progress of science and technology, modem management has entered the era of information and digitalization, which is also the main development direction of international A-to-N in future. This paper introduces the content of ＂Digital A-to-N＂ and describes the development status of ＂Digital A--to--N＂ in China According to China MSA＇s A--to--N development goals, this paper provides some comments and suggestions concerning the development mode, issues to be paid attention to, and some measures to be taken for the development and construction of ＂Digital A-to-N＇.
