摘    要:简述了优化设计的理论基础.建立了某车型驻车手柄组件有限元模型.并进行了该组件横向刚度校核和静强度校核,结果表明其横向刚度和静强度均满足标准要求.为实现该驻车手柄组件轻量化,分别对其支架和手柄进行拓扑优化和形貌优化.优化结果表明,新结构驻车手柄组件在满足横向刚度和静强度标准要求的同时使新结构支架质量减轻了3.5%.
