| 摘 要： | 提出基于PCNN（脉冲耦合神经网络模型）水下图像滤波的脉冲噪声滤波算法，并进行了理论分析与计算机仿真。通过实验验证表明：经该方法滤波的图像无畸变、模糊小，较传统的图像滤波方法有明显的优越性，实验得到了良好的滤波效果。

| Abstract: | Filtering algorithm is presented based on impulse noise underwater image filtering in PCNN(model of pulse coupled neural network),the theoretical analysis and the computer simulation is carried out.Through the experimental verification shows: no distortion and fuzzy small image filtering by this method,the superiority of the traditional obviously on the image filtering,filtering effect is obtained. |
