弧流电源及其控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对弧流电源的低纹波指标及快速电流转移性能要求,设计了弧流电源的系统主电路,采用了以DSP+CPLD为核心的微机控制系统,提高了弧流电源的性能。简述了弧流电源的系统主电路设计及其工作原理,重点介绍了基于DSP+CPLD的微机控制系统的硬件架构和软件设计。试验结果表明,该弧流电源稳流精度高、纹波低、负载端电流转移快速且电流转移深度可调。

Abstract:According to requirements of low ripple target and fast current transfer for arc power supply, the main circuit was expounded and the control system base on DSP and CPLD was adopted to improve the performance of arc power supply. It described the main circuit and operation principle of arc power supply, and introduced the design of hardware and software of microcomputer control system based on DSP and CPLD. Experimental results indicate that the system has high precision of steady current, low ripple, rapid transfer of load current and adjustable current transfer depth etc..
