基于有限元仿真的车载柜体优化设计

摘    要:提出了一种车载柜体的优化集成设计方法,其基本原理是采用结构仿真相同的模型,在Isight中集成Abaqus软件进行静强度和模态仿真,利用Pointer算法寻找最优方案;再利用随机振动疲劳仿真对优化方案进行验证。优化设计的某车载柜体成功减重11.5%,表明该方法可有效实现柜体的轻量化设计。

Abstract:It put forward an optimal integrated design method for train-mounted cabinet, whose basic principle is using the structure simulation model. The pointer algorithm is used to find the optimal solution by integrating Abaqus to carry on the static strength and model simulation in Isight, and random vibration fatigue simulation is used to verify this optimized scheme. An optimized train-mounted cabinet successfully lost weight of 11.5%, which shows that the method can effectively realize lightweight design of cabinets.
