| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principles tot the Regulations concerning Implementation of the Law for Administrative Reconsideration, the responsibilities of the Authority undertaking reconsideration, the form of application and procedure for administrative reconsideration, rights and obligations of the Administrative departments. This paper also highlights the importance of the further work for administrative reconsideration in maritime sector in implementation of the Regulations. |
