| Abstract: | The paper introduces the present situation of search and rescue at sea in Dongtou,Zhejiang and the difficulties.It analyzes the main factors that influences active participation of fishing vessels in search and rescue at sea.It proposes some suggestions on how to play the active role of fishing vessels in the search and rescue at sea effectively. |
