实验性股骨头坏死免疫组织化学与病理改变研究

选用日本白兔60只，随机分为A、B、C三组，每组20只。A组为单纯变态反应疾病组，B组为变态反应疾病激素治疗组，C组为正常对照组。A、B两组经耳静脉注射马血清，每次10mg／kg，共两次，间隔3周。B组2周后注射强的松龙45mg／kg，连续3天。C组注射等量生理盐水。观察项目有病理组织学、透射和扫描电镜、血管造影以及免疫组织化学等。结果显示单纯变态反应性疾病即可导致骨坏死发生。应用该激素后抑制了机体的免疫机能，致使免疫复合物沉积在股骨头骨髓内、骨小梁和小血管壁基底膜上，引起微循环结构受损，干扰骨细胞代谢，增加骨坏死发生率。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY AND PATHOLOGIC CHANGE IN FEMORAL HEAD NECROSIS

60 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups named group A,Band C, each of which had 20. Group A was a simpleallergic disease group. Group B was an allergic disease treated-by-corticosteriod group. Group C wasnormal control group. Group A and group B received two intravenous injections of horse serum,10mg/kg each time, at the interval of 3 weeks. Intraabdominal injection of prednisone 45mg/kg for 3days was carried out on Group B at the second weekafter the second intravenous injection of horseserum, while the Group C received equal-quantityphysiological saline injection. Pathohistologic,transmission and scanning electron microscopic andimmunohistologic examinations were undertaken.The results revealed that osteonecrosis could be induced by simple allergic disease. The clearance of(Tff$479 N)(t k$454 N )immune complex was hindered bythe effect of immunosuppression of glucocorticoid,resulting in a widespread deposition of immunecomplex on bone marrow, bone trabeculae andbasement-membrane of small vessel wall. The process damaged microci culation and disturbed bonemetabolism. Therefore, it increased the incidenceof osteonecrosis
