| 摘 要： | 文中从影响机动车驾培行业节能减排的政府、企业、人和车四个主要因素出发,提出结构性节能、日常管理节能和技术性节能,并以此确定节能减排指标体系。根据机动车驾培行业节能减排指标体系,通过对广东省多家驾培机构调研,分析广东省机动车驾驶员培训行业节能减排实施方案,实践证明该评价体系层次分析较为简便,可操作性强。 |
