摘    要:质量是民办高职院校的生命,教师是决定办学质量的灵魂.建立一套稳定教师队伍的良好机制,有效地提高师资质量,是民办高职院校赖以生存和发展的关键.影响民办高职院校教师队伍稳定性的因素是多方面的,只有让教师看到希望并感受到发展的优势才能稳定教师队伍,才能丰富民办高职院校的办学内涵.

Abstract:Quality is vital to a private higher vocational college,and the teaching group is the soul of quality.The key to the survival and development of a private higher college is to keep a stable and qualified teaching force.There are many factors that cause the unsteadiness among the teachers.The solution for this is to make the teachers see the prospect and feel the advantage of holding their positions.Only by this way can we improve the level of running the school.
