物流园区物流设备选型及数量优化研究

摘    要:为了给物流园区选择合适型号、配备数量优化的物流设备,采用物元理论建立了货物信息物元和设备信息物元,设计货物与设备匹配的规则,构建了基于模糊匹配的设备选型匹配模型.给出了根据物流量以及设备能力计算物流设备数量的公式.根据物流园区设备类别及相应型号设备的全寿命周期成本最低的思想,建立了物流园区设备数量优化的整数规划模型.实例计算结果发现:物流设备周期成本可以节约1 276万元,证明了采用物元理论建立的货物和物流设备匹配的模型,以及基于物流园区设备的全寿命周期成本最低的数量优化模型的实用性和有效性.
