| 摘 要： | 气袋缓冲技术已广泛用于工业产品的缓冲保护,其数值模拟技术是设计和验证过程中的一个重要手段。本文针对实际工业应用中的某大容积缓冲气袋,通过数值模拟与试验对比,获得了与实际缓冲特性较为一致的气袋模型。通过对模拟结果的研究,讨论了模拟中3种主要控制参数对缓冲特性的影响,得到了一种适合于工业应用的设计方法。

| Abstract: | The airbag technology has been widely used in industry production as a protection technology.And its computer simulation is an important useful method in the design and validation process.This paper researches on a large cubage airbag used in an industry production,and by the computer simulaton,gets an airbag model whose calculation result accords with the experiment result well.By the analysis of the simulation result,this paper discusses the influences of three parameters of the model to the airbag characteristic,and concludes a useful method of the airbag design. |
