| 摘 要： | 在海员适任评估中,评估指标的权重直接影响到评估结果的准确性。本文以航线设计适任评估为例,首次利用层次分析法确定其各评估指标的权重,为《海船船员适任评估规范》的修改和完善提供理论参考。 |

| Abstract: | It's well known that the weight of factors influence the result of competency assessment to seafar- ers deeply.AHP method is first being employed to determine the weight of factors in competency assessment of Passage Planning.Furthermore,its practicality can serve as a theoretical basis to further amend and modify the Competency Assessment Criterion for Seafarers. |
