摘    要:由于大连市挑月桥成桥状态的索塔受力以受压为主,而吊装过程中却以受弯为主,如果采用传统的4点吊装工艺,则索塔应力接近设计极限.因此提出了空间6点吊装工艺.模拟了索塔平吊过程中吊带的吊力分配,从而确定了吊带的长度及误差范围;并进一步以每转动5°为一个工况模拟了竖转施工,确定了前后吊带吊力及吊船天灵移动轨迹等.

Abstract:Because the stress distribution of cable tower of Tiao-Yue Bridge is mostly pressure stress during service condition,but it chiefly bears bending moment under lifting construction.If using the tradition 4-point lifting technology,the tower stress would approach to the ultimate stress.Thus the creative 6-point lifting scheme was proposed.That was investigated by detailed analysis with the aim of finding out the distribution principle of the strips force during horizontal lifting construction.The length and e...
