| 摘 要： | 简要介绍装备制造业的概念及其与工业设计（现代设计艺术）的关系，分析中国装备制造业忽视工业设计的原因，从产品开发设计的科学规律，提出工业设计的重要地位及装备制造业工业设计的主要特征。根据设计实际经验和教训，提出装备制造业工业设计过程质量控制的要点。
