成灌铁路跨度32m预应力混凝土简支箱梁腹板竖向受力性能试验研究

摘    要:我国客运专线各种标准梁型在实际应用之初均进行了实体箱梁的试验研究工作,以掌握结构的实际受力性能,对于保证箱梁的正常、安全使用起到了重要作用。以新建成灌铁路跨度32m预应力混凝土简支箱梁为研究对象,对梁端变截面处腹板在预施应力条件下的受力状态进行了计算分析和测试,对跨中等截面段腹板在模拟运梁车运梁通过工况下的受力性能进行了计算分析和静载试验。根据箱梁腹板受力性能试验研究结果,对箱梁的截面构造和预应力束布置进行了设计优化、完善,改善了腹板的竖向受力性能,静载试验结果表明在运梁、运营工况下箱梁能满足正常使用要求。

Experiment Research on Vertical Mechanical Performance of Web Plate of 32 m Simply-surpported Prestressed Concrete Box Girder on Chengdu-Dujiangyan Railway

Abstract:In China,experiment research on a new box girder structure is always carried out at the beginning of its practical application,so as to ascertain the actual mechanical performances of various standard girder types used on passenger dedicated lines; and this practice plays a important role in ensuring normal and safe use of the box girders. This article took the 32m simply-supported prestressed concrete box girder on newly-built Chengdu-Dujiangyan Railway as the research object. And then the calculation analysis and mechanical performance test of the web plate of variable cross-section at the girder end were conducted under the pre-stressing condition. Furthermore,calculation analysis and static load test of the mechanical performance of the web plate of uniform cross-section at the mid-span were also conducted when simulating the girder transporter passing through. Subsequently,according to the results of experiment research of vertical performance of box girder web plate,the box cross-section structure design and the layout design of prestressed steel tendon were optimized and perfected,so that the vertical performance of the web plate was able to be improved. The result of static load test indicates that under the conditions of girder transporting or railway operation,the box girder can meet the requirements of normal use.
