城际快速铁路交通枢纽规划研究

随着我国城际快速铁路的快速规划和建设,传统的规划方法较难适应新形势发展要求,为使新的交通枢纽适应并引导城市及枢纽周边地区发展,对城际快速铁路枢纽的交通特征、交通设施布局等若干重大问题展开分析,并结合成灌快速铁路都江堰站交通枢纽的规划案例,提出新的城际快速铁路枢纽交通规划应进行枢纽客运量及设施规模预测、将交通功能放首位、让内部交通组织和交通要素高效集中、对外部交通影响最小才能实现枢纽交通的综合化、立体化、人性化规划实际要求。

Planning Research of Transportation Hub of Intercity Express Railway The Planning Research of Intercity Express Rail Transport Hub

At present with the quickening of planning and construction speed of intercity express railway in China, the traditional planning methods have been difficult to adapt to the new development requirements. In order to make the new transportation hub adapt to and guide the development of cities and surrounding areas of the transportation hub,this paper analyzes the traffic characteristics,transport facility layout and other major issues in relation to intercity express railway transportation hub. In combination with the planning case of the Dujiangyan Station transportation hub on Chengdu-Dujiangyan Express Railway,this paper suggests that: in the planning of a new transportation hub of intercity express railway,the passenger volume and the facility scale should be forecasted,the traffic function should be taken as the priority,the internal traffic organization and the key transportation elements should be centralized with high efficiency,and the negative effect on the external traffic should be minimized as much as possible. Only in this way,a integrated,multi-dimensional and humanized transportation hub can be achieved.
