| 摘 要： | 海洋蕴藏着丰富的油气资源,海洋石油的开采开发在社会和经济领域具有重要的意义,原油外输过驳又是油田安全生产的重要环节之一。本文主要结合渤海湾海上油田的现状,对油田原油过驳的过程及外输过驳过程的海事安全监管进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | There are rich oil and gas resources under the oceans. The exploitation of the offshore oil and gas is of great significance in social and economic aspects. The outbound crude oil transfer is an important part in the safe production of the oil field. This paper, based on the present status of the oil fields in the Bohai Sea, provides someviews on the maritime safety control for oil transfer and transport process in the oil fields. |
