摘    要:车辆检测器是目前现代交通控制系统中广泛采用的信息采集设备,测速精度是衡量车辆检测器性能好坏的关键指标。现行标准中并未对测速精度的检测方法做出明确规定,如何科学准确的检测出测速精度指标是目前急需解决的问题。从工程应用实践角度出发,对车辆检测器测速精度的检测原理、检测地点的选择进行了分析。重点介绍了目前常用的手持式雷达测速仪、非接触式速度传感器和光电传感器型测速装置3种检测仪器的工作原理、主要优点和应用中存在的问题,并结合日常检测经验对它们的适用范围进行了探讨。最后给出了检测结果的判定方法。该检测方法对车辆检测器测速精度的测试具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Vehicle detectors are widely used information collecting equipment.Speed measuring precision is the key factor of the vehicle detector performances.The present standard hasn't shown the test method of speed measuring precision.How to testing the speed mea- suring precision scientifically and precisely has been an urgent problem.Based on engineering application and practice,the test principle and choice of testing place of speed measuring precision of vehicle detectors are analyzed.The working principle,virtues and limitations of three testing instruments which is common used at present is introduced,and their applicable scope is discussed.The determining method of testing result is shown at last.The testing method of speed measuring precision shown in this paper has important reference value.
