码头面板纵向裂缝成因分析与设计

摘    要:横向配筋过少是集中荷载下码头简支面板出现纵向裂缝的主要原因之一。为提高设计精度,在厚板理论基础上,采用三维有限元法对集中荷载下钢筋混凝土简支板进行了力学分析。通过回归统计,研究了双向板剪跨比、厚宽比、宽跨比对横纵向弯距比的影响规律,建立了简化数学模型,从而为集中荷载下简支双向薄、厚码头面板的横向配筋设计提供理论指导。

Abstract:The lack of transverse reinforcement is one of the causes of longitudinal cracks of wharf slab under concentrated loads. To improve precision of design, three-dimensional finite element analysis is carried out on the basis of thick plate theory. By regression analysis, the relationship between the shear span ratio, the ratio of thickness to width, the ratio of width to length and the ratio of My to MX is studied. As a result, regression equation is established, which offers a theoretical basis for transverse reinforcement design of thin or thick wharf slab with simply-supported plate under concentrated loads.
