| 摘 要： | 传统的手工处理方式,文件、报表的传递方式和信息的利用方式已经不能满足培训基地发展的需要,必须寻找新的办公手段来适应日益增长的培训需求.办公自动化系统是实现网上办公自动化,流程规范化,公文流转的程序化和网上信息资源的共享化,提高培训基地工作效率的一个有效手段.
