东苕溪桥尼尔森体系提篮拱的制造安装技术

摘    要:宣杭铁路东苕滇特大桥主桥采用计算跨度112m的尼尔森体系提蓝式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥,拱肋制造以折代曲,采用厂内半跨立体预拼、现场分段立体组拼、缆索吊机起吊、扣索塔架斜拉扣挂分段悬拼方案进行施工。

Abstract:Of the Dong Shaoxi extra-long bridge on Xuan-Hang railway, the main bridge is of a 112m steel tubular concrete basket-handle tied arch bridge to the Nilsson system. The arch ribs are made into the shape of fold lines rather than circular curve lines. Half a span of it is pre-fabricated spatially in shop and the whole is vertically fabricated in segments on site where cable cranes are used for lifting operation and the segmental cantilevered assembling method is employed with tower cranes fulfilhng the work of diagonal tensioning, fastening and suspension necessary to complete the erection of the arch bridge.
