| 摘 要： | 国防工程不但是国防安全的重要组成部分,也是国防安全的重要保障。在分析我国国防工程项目设施建设管理存在的漏洞和不足的基础上,参考地方工程项目建设管理的成功经验,对我国国防工程设施建设管理给出指导性建议：改进国防工程建设项目管理体制、引进国防工程建设项目综合评价体系、加强国防工程资金风险控制和构建国防工程信息化管理系统等。
