| 摘 要： | 文中从分析我国海上运输的发展趋势及现有的监管技术存在的问题出发,结合国外的经验,提出了运用星载基站AIS技术来解决远海海域船舶的监管问题,并在此基础上阐述了星载基站AIS的优势及我国发展星载基站AIS的意义,最后提出了我国实现星载基站AIS应用的两种方案。 |
