钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋整体吊装分析

摘    要:以宿迁市洋河大桥大跨径钢管拱肋整体吊装为工程背景,对吊装方案的选择、吊点位置的选取进行了分析,提出了将系杆劲性骨架及吊杆外套钢管与拱肋钢管焊接成整体再整体吊装的方法,给出了分散吊点应力集中的措施,并对吊装过程中可能发生的屈曲失稳进行了验算。

Abstract:Taking hoisting construction of Yanghe bridge's arch rib in Suqian city as engineering background, it analyses the selection of hoisting method and suspension position. Moreover, it proposes an integral hoisting method which weld the rigid framework of the tie bar, outer steel tube of the suspender with the steel tube of the arc rib together. Solutions on stress concentration dispersing and the possible buckling intabilization checking during the process of hoisting are brought forward as well.
